As trustee of the estate of Mr. & Mrs. S. I am here by authorized to release the sum of $10,000.00 to Christine. It has been requested that these funds be administered by her to the betterment of the residents’ social well being.

For the past several years Christine has been very competent in administering and allocating funds which we have donated for entertainment, celebrations, group supplies etc. It is because of her understanding of the needs of the residents, especially those cognitively and dementia impaired that we have requested that she continue to administer to the allocations of these funds.

The care given to D & A far exceeded anything we could have managed as members of their family. We can never express, in total, our sincere appreciation for all she has done for us.

With the proper allocation of these funds, enjoyment of life for the residents will perhaps be a little brighter in their remaining years.
